About the role

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy, including annual planning and budget responsibility
  • Continuously optimize existing marketing processes and structures
  • Design, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage content (social media, website, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc.)
  • Responsible for email marketing and lead nurturing throughout the funnel
  • Maintain and optimize our corporate website (including SEO/AEO and conversion optimization)
  • Organize events, webinars, and trade show appearances
  • Strengthen our employer brand (employer branding)

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing
  • Solid knowledge of CRM-driven marketing (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
  • Experience creating content for copy, social media, websites, and video
  • Confident user of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar programs
  • Strong organizational skills and ideally experience in event planning and campaign management
  • Creative thinking with a structured, data-driven way of working
  • Hands-on mentality, initiative, and team spirit
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
