About the role
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy, including annual planning and budget responsibility
- Continuously optimize existing marketing processes and structures
- Design, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Create and manage content (social media, website, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc.)
- Responsible for email marketing and lead nurturing throughout the funnel
- Maintain and optimize our corporate website (including SEO/AEO and conversion optimization)
- Organize events, webinars, and trade show appearances
- Strengthen our employer brand (employer branding)
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing
- Solid knowledge of CRM-driven marketing (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
- Experience creating content for copy, social media, websites, and video
- Confident user of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar programs
- Strong organizational skills and ideally experience in event planning and campaign management
- Creative thinking with a structured, data-driven way of working
- Hands-on mentality, initiative, and team spirit
- Strong communication skills in German and English
