About the role

  • Support the onboarding process by researching questions and assisting with document sending
  • Build and maintain standard and customized reporting for Triad Wealth’s clients
  • Process client-directed activity on new and existing accounts
  • Respond to inquiries from Triad Wealth’s clients with thoroughness and thoughtfulness
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable answers to client requests
  • Assist with training the support staff of Triad Wealth’s new clients
  • Identify and present opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Preferred experience working with a Turnkey Asset Management Program or Registered Investment Advisor
  • Experience working with or as a client service associate or advisor support staff in the financial services industry
  • Strong service mindset and desire to help others
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Salesforce and Orion experience a plus
