Corporate Trainer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop Training programs and curriculum for the employees of the Servicing Dept. for orientation and on-the-job training.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops for the employees, determine if there are obstacles, and if so, develop appropriate modifications to achieve success.
- Collaborate with the leadership of Triad to identify yearly training needs and schedule training sessions when appropriate for employees.
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities and meeting goals, according to the training they are given.
- Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in a training role within a corporate environment.
- Strong organization, time-management, delegation skills.
- Proven experience setting and achieving productivity goals.
- Mortgage loan servicing experience is a big plus.
- Effective communication with all levels of the organization, both written/verbal.
- Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner.
- Bachelor's degree in education, business finance, HR or other related courses highly valued.
- High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching.
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Have background in IT and the use of modern technology to develop training modules needed in online platforms.
