About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, writing and continuous improvement of curriculum for major programs and events, including CLC, VLC and Convention, and other in-person or virtual programming or training opportunities, in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the enterprise
- Partner with SMEs and internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into structured, engaging learning experiences and curriculum content
- Ensure curriculum aligns with organizational priorities, brand voice and member development goals
- Establish and maintain standards, templates and best practices for curriculum development
- Oversee all content within the Resource Library, ensuring materials are accurate, current and relevant
- Develop and implement processes for regular content review, updates and archival
- Collaborate with departments to identify resource gaps and proactively develop new materials
- Serve as the primary content creator for organizational resources, training materials and educational tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required in one or more of the following areas: Education (Curriculum & Instruction, Adult Learning, Higher Education), Instructional Design or Learning & Development or Organizational Leadership or Nonprofit Management.
- 3–5+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design or learning & development
- Experience creating curriculum for adult learners, leadership programs or volunteer-based organizations preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing content across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience working in a nonprofit, membership organization or higher education environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Greek-letter organizations or similar communities is a strong plus.
