About the role

  • Management and schedule monitoring of services for the installation of 380 kV cable systems.
  • Coordination and alignment of various contractors and project stakeholders (e.g., cable manufacturers, site supervision) on the construction site.
  • Preparation, conduct and moderation of construction and coordination meetings.
  • Ensuring unimpeded site access in close coordination with the client's internal departments and external third parties.
  • Continuous monitoring of construction progress directly on-site.
  • Independent problem solving, structured reporting, and escalation to other decision-making levels as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or qualification as a technician.
  • At least 3 years' professional experience coordinating and managing multiple contractors, ideally in complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong team skills, negotiation ability, and a confident, composed demeanor.
  • Very good IT skills, especially with the MS Office 365 suite.
  • Experience with MS Project is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2), both written and spoken.
