About the role

  • Responsible for sewer rehabilitation projects from planning through implementation in HOAI service phases 1–9.
  • Evaluation of sewer inspections.
  • Assessment of structural and hydraulic condition and definition of rehabilitation sections, appropriate rehabilitation measures and priorities.
  • Tendering, awarding and monitoring of rehabilitation works.
  • Coordination with clients, authorities, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or completed vocational training as a civil engineering technician (or equivalent).
  • Valid certification as a sewer rehabilitation consultant.
  • At least two years of professional experience in civil engineering with a focus on sewer rehabilitation.
  • Excellent knowledge of DWA guidelines (e.g., 118, 139, 142, 143ff.) and HOAI.
  • Confident use of project and planning software, ideally Barthauer BaSYS, Hystem-Extran, KOSIM, SDS or iTWO.
  • Very good German language skills (minimum C1) both written and spoken.
  • Driving licence class B.
