About the role
- Planning, design and supervision of projects.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of specialists.
- Developing solutions for the sustainable management of water resources.
- Managing sewer network projects — from new construction to sustainable maintenance measures.
- Preparing flooding assessments for external areas of residential and commercial developments.
- Ensuring protection measures and climate adaptation.
- Participating in project implementation by preparing tender documents.
- Using specialized software such as Vestra: Kanal, Tandler: Kanal++, STORM and BricsCAD.
Requirements
- Successfully completed engineering degree, ideally in civil engineering with a focus on urban/municipal water management.
- Alternatively: a degree in process engineering, environmental protection or a comparable field.
- Initial professional experience in a similar role; ideally some experience in construction site management/supervision.
- Knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN, DVGW, DWA and VOB.
- Ideally experienced with specialist software such as AutoCAD/BricsCAD, STORM or AVA (tendering/costing) programs.
- You are used to working independently while valuing teamwork.
- You are open, motivated and customer-oriented.
- Business-fluent German in spoken and written form (minimum C1 level).
