About the role

  • You will take a central role at our Berlin office.
  • You will support our subsidiaries in designing efficient operational processes for project tenders and procurement procedures related to engineering services.
  • You will continuously monitor relevant procurement platforms (EU, federal, state, municipal/city, and private).
  • You will identify new business opportunities and proactively report potential leads to management.
  • You will prepare, compile, and submit public tenders and prequalification documents.
  • You will manage and coordinate external service providers during the tendering process.
  • You will maintain and manage reference databases and standard documents (e.g., forms, declarations, compliance documents).
  • You will work closely with operational and commercial teams to prepare bid content.
  • You will ensure internal deadlines are met and coordinate with clients.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration.
  • Several years of professional experience in public procurement, bid management, or a legal/tendering-related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and procurement law, ideally in the field of engineering services.
  • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style combined with team spirit.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 and experienced with electronic procurement platforms (e.g., e-procurement systems).
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
