About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct screenings and assessments to support family needs
- Deliver Parents as Teachers curriculum to guide parents in child development
- Provide direct home visit services — face-to-face or virtually
- Support families with health care access, referrals, and follow-ups
- Encourage parent engagement and positive parent-child relationships
- Address safety concerns and developmental milestones
- Maintain caseloads of 15–28 families, ensuring at least 80% are actively engaged
- Enter client data into the system within 5 days of service
- Participate in reflective supervision twice a month
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve Family Service Plan (FSP) outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- at least 15 higher education credits
- Bachelor's in social work, Early Childhood Development, Counseling, Infant Family Studies, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in Home Visiting, Early Intervention, or Early Childhood work
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal record clearance
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
