Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze each client's documentation and social security entitlements;
Prepare technical opinions and advise the team on the feasibility of granting or reviewing benefits;
Draft and file administrative requests and procedural documents with the INSS;
Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met;
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and the client experience.

What you’ll need

Law degree or currently enrolled in a law program (preferably with interest or a focus in Social Security/Pension Law);
Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform technical analysis;
Organized, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines;
Reside in Curitiba or the metropolitan area;
Genuine interest in the social security field and in driving social change through access to rights.
