About the role
- Analyze each client's documentation and social security entitlements;
- Prepare technical opinions and advise the team on the feasibility of granting or reviewing benefits;
- Draft and file administrative requests and procedural documents with the INSS;
- Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and the client experience.
Requirements
- Law degree or currently enrolled in a law program (preferably with interest or a focus in Social Security/Pension Law);
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform technical analysis;
- Organized, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines;
- Reside in Curitiba or the metropolitan area;
- Genuine interest in the social security field and in driving social change through access to rights.
