- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, helping build team capability and a culture of continuous improvement
- Actively leverage AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of deliverables — from financial analysis and reporting to project documentation and client communications
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities within client finance functions, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy and scalability
- Help spearhead Treewalk’s internal systems and process improvement initiatives, bringing an AI-first mindset to how we work

Benefits
Comp & perks- We will cover your CPA annual dues, professional development courses, and continuing education — with no clawback policy. If you decide to leave, we will never ask for that money back.
- This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC. No significant office time is required — you will manage your own schedule and work where you are most effective. Senior team members connect in person periodically, but day-to-day flexibility is the norm. We trust you to manage your workload and meet your deadlines.
- Extended healthcare and maternity leave benefits from Day 1 — no waiting period.
- One of the fastest-growing accounting firms in Canada, with big ambitions and an anti-firm culture — think tech startup, but accounting. We are actively moving away from traditional top-down hierarchy toward a more autonomous, ownership-driven model of organizational governance.
- A role with real senior ownership and visibility from day one — you will step into engagements that matter and have direct impact on client outcomes.
- We are tired of the 70-hour busy seasons of public practice — and we staff our files effectively so you don’t have to be either. Overtime is a rarity, not a rite of passage.
