Key responsibilities & impact

Lead field data collections across utility pilots and deployments
Carry and operate a 11-lb backpack sensor system on foot for multiple miles off-trail
Act as a critical feedback loop between the field and internal teams
Operate and troubleshoot Treeswift's field equipment including LiDAR, cameras, and sensors
Own the logistics that make deployments happen
Serve as the customer face on the ground
Train customer users on data collection systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4+ years of experience in fieldwork, operations, or logistics-intensive roles
Comfortable with 50-75% travel and capable of long days outdoors in variable weather conditions
Strong cross-functional communicator who can translate what's happening in the field into clear, actionable insights
Valid driver's license and confidence navigating remote areas and unpaved roads
