About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- We are seeking a highly motivated Multi-Site Finance Manager to join our team as a strategic partner across multiple manufacturing locations.
- This role is a key member of each site's leadership team and is responsible for delivering financial analysis, insights, and control support that drive operational performance.
- Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Finance, the Finance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining SOX compliance, supporting strategic and continuous improvement initiatives, and driving cost transformation efforts.
- You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Partner with the Plant Manager to develop accurate financial plans and forecasts that reflect transformational cost initiatives.
- Lead the month-end, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain a forecast accuracy rate of at least 95%.
- Champion financial aspects of key initiatives such as Master Planning, Loss Analysis, and TMOS implementations.
- Provide financial insights and track progress on timelines, savings, and key decisions.
- Identify and drive opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting is required.
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial systems, and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and levels.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled in project management and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with BPC, or BI tools is a plus.
- Experience with ERP Systems (SAP) is strongly preferred.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and lead within a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- 25% Travel is required.
