About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead our Parking Structures Group.
Responsible for networking and building relationships with potential clients.
Uncover upcoming parking structure projects.
Development and execution of a sales plan.
Client maintenance, lead generation and tracking.
Proposal preparation, negotiations and presentations.
Travel to various client meetings and events, may require occasional overnight travel.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in sales and/or business development in the A/E/C industry
Prior experience in parking design, layout, and site planning
Is a proven producer with experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency.
Prior marketing and/or business development experience with U.S.-based corporations, hospitals and higher education institutions, a plus.
