About the role
- Drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition – Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline while executing strategic approaches to land new enterprise accounts
- Own the full sales cycle – Navigate complex enterprise deals from initial discovery through close, delivering compelling value propositions that demonstrate how AI-enabled automation transforms business operations
- Manage and expand your book of business – Develop strategic account plans that drive both retention and expansion, identifying growth opportunities within existing customer relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with internal teams to craft tailored solutions and ensure customers realize maximum value from the Tray platform
- Consistently exceed targets – Leverage your proven track record in SaaS sales to meet and surpass quota expectations
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quota while navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-suite and technical buyers
- Ability to understand technical requirements, engage confidently with engineering and IT leaders, and articulate how AI-enabled automation solves complex business challenges
- Demonstrated success translating technical capabilities into business value for diverse audiences, from line-of-business executives to technical decision-makers
- Track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts, consistently driving both retention and expansion revenue year over year
- Energized by building and executing sales strategies in a scaling environment, with the creativity and resourcefulness to win in competitive deals
- Skilled at discovery, identifying customer pain points, and positioning solutions that create genuine business impact
