About the role

  • Design and lead development of the native Rust backend

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years as a CTO
  • Strong background in Rust
  • Experience launching or scaling token-based platforms
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
  • Experience with remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Ideally has access to capital
