Requirements

  • Built or operated a blockchain or crypto-based sportsbook
  • Hands-on experience with: On-chain or hybrid (on-chain / off-chain) betting architecture
  • Smart contracts for wagers, settlement, or escrow
  • Odds feeds and oracle integrations
  • Risk management and exposure controls
  • Crypto wallets, custody, and transaction flows
  • User accounts, KYC, AML, and compliance-adjacent systems
  • A platform that: Reached live users, beta, or production readiness
  • Struggled due to lack of capital, liquidity, or distribution—not engineering
  • Interest in integrating into a larger platform rather than rebuilding alone
  • Creative problem solver who can courageously propose and support new ideas to our organization.
  • Ability to adapt.
  • An ideal candidate will welcome the opportunity to solve a broad range of problems using a wide array of technologies.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and general growing pains of an early-stage technology company.
