About the role
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand each clients vision, preferences, and expectations
- Research and recommend premium accommodations, private tours, exclusive experiences, and curated activities
- Design customized, high-end itineraries with thoughtful attention to detail
- Coordinate and manage bookings including flights, luxury hotels, transfers, dining, and excursions
- Ensure all confirmations, documentation, and timelines are accurate and organized
- Provide attentive client support before, during, and after travel
- Stay informed on luxury travel trends, destination updates, and preferred supplier offerings
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-through
Requirements
- Genuine passion for travel and luxury experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment
- Creative mindset with attention to fine details
- Comfortable learning and using digital tools and booking platforms
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or client services is helpful but not required
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, or Australia
