About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and trip goals
- Research destinations, suppliers, and current promotions
- Design customized itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group experiences
- Coordinate reservations including flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
- Provide clients with clear details regarding schedules, documentation, and policies
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
- Monitor reservations and assist with modifications or support as needed
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements
