About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of 2–5 Fraud products
Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and engineering deliverables
Drive prioritization across initiatives by balancing business value, technical feasibility, operational risk, and strategic impact
Partner with development teams on platform enhancements, system integrations, API-driven capabilities, and infrastructure investments
Collaborate with TPM leaders to align interconnected Fraud products
Evaluate product requirements, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and recommend alternative solutions
Lead the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
Establish success metrics and KPIs for product performance and data-driven decisions
Manage, mentor, and develop Technical Product Managers
Drive execution excellence in Agile delivery environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of Product Management experience with significant exposure to technical products, platform products, infrastructure solutions, or large-scale enterprise systems
3+ years of people leadership experience managing Product Managers or Technical Product Managers
Experience leading cross-functional programs involving multiple products, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical dependencies
Experience managing product roadmaps and strategic planning for platform, infrastructure, API-driven, or data-centric products
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in highly technical product environments
Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and service-oriented architectures
Experience with microservices architectures and modern distributed systems
Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture teams on system design, platform modernization, and technical solution development
Experience managing technical products involving platform architecture, system integrations, infrastructure capabilities, or data platforms
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies within software development environments
Fraud, Identity, Risk, Authentication, or Financial Services technology experience preferred
Experience with interconnected product portfolios preferred
Experience influencing product strategy through technical expertise preferred
Experience supporting global teams preferred
Experience using customer feedback, operational metrics, and performance analytics for product decisions preferred
