About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver service excellence for Batch order fulfilment
- Perform pre-validations and engage with Customer engagement and Sales teams to understand the requirements
- Produce good quality output within specified turnaround times
- Ensure any data related concerns are addressed before delivering to the customers
- Validate batch fulfilment system setup and output- data extraction, cleansing & validation based on requirements from the customer
- Review and process work requests using internally developed tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0-2 years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or other equivalent field
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
- Good time management skills
- High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to work in US timings
- Familiarity with credit bureau offerings (Desirable)
- Experience with programming and data manipulation languages (Any ETL, Unix, SQL, Python, Desirable)
