About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team responsible for enterprise-wide technology effectiveness.

  • Improve the team’s analytical capability by helping define performance insights, adoption analytics, utilization reporting.
  • Lead governance and prioritization across varied stakeholder needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally and globally with business, procurement, legal, technology, operations, compliance, finance and sales leadership teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, sales technology, or seller enablement capabilities.
  • 5+ years of experience directly leading, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to align technology capabilities, roadmaps, and operational priorities.
  • Strong analytical orientation, with experience using data, reporting, utilization insights, and performance metrics.
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment or supporting governance, audit, compliance, or global legal requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Working knowledge of sales technology tools and capabilities beyond CRM.
  • Ability to evaluate sales technology utilization, adoption, and ROI through reporting, dashboards, user feedback, performance insights.
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, operational controls, and global compliance standards.
