About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team responsible for enterprise-wide technology effectiveness.
- Partner with global and cross-functional internal stakeholders to drive alignment of enablement strategies.
- Drive stronger value realization by connecting technology usage to measurable business outcomes.
- Build and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce and adjacent sales technology capabilities.
- Strengthen adoption and usage by ensuring sellers and managers understand how to effectively leverage available tools.
- Improve the team’s analytical capability by helping define performance insights, adoption analytics, utilization reporting.
- Lead governance and prioritization across varied stakeholder needs.
- Partner cross-functionally and globally with business, procurement, legal, technology, operations, compliance, finance and sales leadership teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, sales technology, or seller enablement capabilities.
- 5+ years of experience directly leading, coaching, and developing teams.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to align technology capabilities, roadmaps, and operational priorities.
- Strong analytical orientation, with experience using data, reporting, utilization insights, and performance metrics.
- Experience operating in a regulated environment or supporting governance, audit, compliance, or global legal requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Working knowledge of sales technology tools and capabilities beyond CRM.
- Ability to evaluate sales technology utilization, adoption, and ROI through reporting, dashboards, user feedback, performance insights.
- Strong understanding of platform governance, operational controls, and global compliance standards.
