Senior Director, Fraud & Identity Solutions
TransUnionSenior Director for TransUnion's Global Fraud Solutions overseeing UK & Europe market strategies and execution. Leading high-performing teams to ensure client success and solution delivery quality.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the regional market roadmap, including priority use cases, feature enhancements, regulatory and technology requirements, and adoption sequencing.
- Capture voice of customer, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform global product strategy and investment priorities.
- Lead the regional Solutions Consulting and domain expert teams, ensuring high-quality solution design and client outcomes.
- Act as a key enabler to Sales and Sales Specialists, strengthening solution positioning, value articulation, and pipeline quality.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing regional team across product specialists, solution consultants, and the broader regional Fraud community.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong track-record in fraud, identity, financial crime, or related domains
- Strong mix of product understanding, consulting leadership, and commercial acumen
- Deep knowledge of UK & European regulatory and fraud landscape
- Proven leader of high-performing, client-facing teams
- Credible and influential with senior client stakeholders.
