About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive the technical product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, solution-level, platform-level, or infrastructure products
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and engineering deliverables
- Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to design resilient, scalable systems
- Drive prioritization of initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and enable data-driven decision making
- Lead and mentor a team of TPMs, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation
- Drive execution excellence in an Agile delivery environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12 years of Product Management experience with a strong technical focus
- 3–5 years of people leadership experience managing TPM or PM teams
- Experience owning and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical product execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
