About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development of credit risk management and business intelligence solutions through consulting engagements and research
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver predictive risk and business intelligence solutions for global B2B clients
Conduct descriptive and prescriptive analytics across the consumer lending lifecycle using segmentation, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis
Design and implement programs for data extraction, segmentation, and statistical analysis using R, Python, SQL, Hive, and Spark
Present analytic insights and recommendations in clear formats for stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or another highly quantitative field
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros), and programming experience in R and/or Python
Familiarity with data manipulation and querying tools such as SQL, Hive, or Spark
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Willingness to travel up to 10–20% as needed
