About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow a ~$1M portfolio of existing accounts within an assigned territory, driving revenue through consultative account management.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the reseller channel and existing book of business, while engaging warm leads to generate incremental revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues related to pricing, products, billing, systems, compliance, and legal matters.
  • Meet or exceed activity metrics (e.g., 25 calls or 1.5 hours of talk time) and coordinate cross-functional support with internal teams (e.g., Pricing, Compliance, Legal).
  • Maintain accurate post-sales documentation, including call notes, follow-ups, and case management in Salesforce and other internal systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of inside sales or related experience, with a demonstrated ability to apply effective sales and marketing techniques.
  • Proven success building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal and external systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, CPQ, CLM, Teams, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
