About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on well-defined analytical tasks with guidance
- Build strong foundations in data science and analytics
- Deliver high-quality, reliable analytical outputs that support business decision-making
- Contribute to the execution of data-driven initiatives by working on data preparation, analysis, and validation
- Apply statistical and analytical techniques to solve business problems under guidance
- Support the development of scalable and repeatable analytical processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business context and align solutions with organizational goals
- Communicate insights and findings through clear documentation and presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- At least 1 year of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or a related role
- Foundational knowledge (from beginner to intermediate) in: Data analysis and statistics
- Programming (Python, R, or similar)
- SQL or data querying
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills with the ability to provide updates, raise blockers, and document work effectively
- Experience working in collaborative team environments and participating in team discussions
- Willingness to learn, seek feedback, and continuously improve
