About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Executives to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
Drive sales performance by setting clear expectations, conducting regular coaching (1:1s and reviews).
Apply deep expertise in TransUnion’s Financial Services value proposition to deliver impactful client solutions and advocacy.
Partner cross-functionally across the organization to address client needs, share insights, and execute strategic initiatives.
Utilize strong business acumen in auto and mortgage finance to develop and execute revenue-driving strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10 years data sales experience or related auto or mortgage finance industry experience.
Proven ability to lead and coach a team of Client Executives (or similar sales role).
Strong understanding of TransUnion’s value proposition for Financial Services.
Strategic and forward thinker with superior communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in leveraging technology to drive sales strategy.
