About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead optimization of digital experiences with a strong focus on B2B marketing initiatives (approx. 90% B2B, 10% consumer).
  • Analyze digital performance data and identify opportunities for improvement across web experiences.
  • Design, execute, and manage A/B tests and optimization initiatives to enhance user engagement and conversion.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and implement improvements across digital platforms.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and refine strategies based on results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and analytics to align on optimization strategies.
  • Support ongoing testing cycles (analyze → propose → activate → measure → iterate).
  • Contribute to improving overall digital experience across U.S. websites and marketing channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in B2B digital marketing and experience optimization
  • Strong understanding of website performance metrics and optimization strategies
  • Hands-on experience using marketing technology platforms for performance analysis and testing
  • Proven ability to execute and manage optimization cycles from analysis through implementation
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing and digital teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with additional testing or analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar or similar platforms).
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua.
