Key responsibilities & impact

Provide sales coverage for existing accounts in your region.
Prioritize and close new and incremental business within your book of business.
Prospecting to identify new opportunities within your region.
Deliver against stated growth objectives for the business.
Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the third-party collection space, sharing industry knowledge, expertise, and insights with customers, prospects, and team.
Attend collection conferences and industry events as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 + years of sales experience in B2B sales or senior property management/tenant screening industry experience.
Understanding of the rental screening environment.
Ability to readily share best practices, selling strategies, product and industry knowledge with team members.
Understanding of data and analytics relevant to the rental/tenant screening industry.
Willingness to travel.
