About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support for the AI risk assessment process.
Maintain a global AI assessment template and coordinate updates.
Manage the AI inventory, reviewing incoming entries for accuracy.
Facilitate annual reviews of AI Inventory.
Produce regular reports for committees and service ad-hoc requests from management.
Maintain AI governance procedures.
Support the development and delivery of AI governance training and engagement activities.
Assist with global AI governance projects as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
5+ years of experience in risk management, governance, privacy, compliance, or related functions.
2+ years of experience leading and coordinating governance forums and working groups.
Relevant certifications in AI governance, risk, compliance, privacy or ethics.
Experience in deploying and monitoring AI agent workloads.
Understanding of Privacy and emerging AI laws.
Ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance.
Experience working collaboratively with Third Party Risk Management, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal functions.
