Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with senior sales leadership to execute strategic priorities that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of sales initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget.
Define project goals, Key Performance Indicators, and roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders.
Develop, manage, and forecast project budgets, tracking spend and ensuring alignment.
Coordinate day‑to‑day execution across internal teams and third‑party vendors.
Own project communications, including executive updates, risk escalation, issue resolution, and preparation of presentations.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Expertise and proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
5+ years of prior executive administrative or project management experience
Experience with event planning and coordination to provide a world-class experience to a discerning clientele
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet manner.
