About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and support technical teams
Facilitate training with product experts
Ensure successful software integration with regional partner teams
Create performance goals in line with established strategic direction and conduct performance reviews
Lead quality assurance testing and analysis of software applications for full Lifecycle
Manage multiple projects, process improvements and document issues resulting from software testing
Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as Agile, SAFe, software development lifecycle, and business analysis
Facilitate technical training to ensure teams follow established software development practices
Communicate software development and testing status with upper management, as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any Engineering field or a related field
3 years of experience in software quality assurance required
Project management, process improvement and full Software Development Lifecycle and quality assurance experience with architectural patterns
Agile/SAFe/Scrum methodologies; Specflow, Splunk, Jenkins (CI/CD), Octopus, SQL Server, Rally, .Net, C#, Ab Initio, Putty, FileZilla, WINSCP, Toad for Oracle
