About the role

  • Create and track reporting against all Marketing Solutions’ milestones and KPIs across all key workstreams
  • Track, manage, update, and report on status of product development as it relates to our corporate KPIs
  • Manage cross-team dependency tracking across teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in program/project management or product operations
  • Program/portfolio execution in a matrix
  • A Strategic operator mindset with the ability to connect day-to-day project work to growth goals
  • Communication & stakeholder management
  • Change navigation
  • Tools: Strong technical working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration systems (e.g., Confluence)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business intelligence, business management, or a related field
