About the role

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets: Consistently meet and surpass individual sales goals;
  • Manage incoming leads: Handle inquiries and re-engage "sleeping" clients.
  • Sell relocation and job search services: Present and sell our services, ensuring solutions are tailored to client needs;
  • Client relationship management: Build long-lasting relationships by providing exceptional service and maintaining communication;
  • Conduct client presentations: Lead initial consultations to introduce our services and address any questions;
  • Schedule meetings and close deals: Guide clients through the sales process, from first contact to successful sale;
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, relocation, and job search teams to drive success;
  • Utilize CRM tools: Record client interactions and track progress in HubSpot;
  • Performance report: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Russian (C1)
  • Experience in sales 3+ years
  • Proven sales experience: Success in conducting phone and Zoom negotiations and closing deals
  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay focused on achieving goals
  • Relationship-building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain client relationships over time
  • Proactive mindset: Self-starter with a can-do attitude, eager to solve problems and take initiative.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in sales within the services or EdTech industries; Experience working with high-value deals (from $5,000 and above); Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Suite at an advanced user level.
