About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with clients to elicit requirements, understand their needs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure they fully understand project goals
- Develop and refine functional specifications, use cases, and flow diagrams
- Keep an eye on project progress and communicate updates with clients
- Help troubleshoot and resolve any project hiccups
- Serve as liaison between the client and the development team
- Gather feedback post-launch to keep improving our processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- No previous experience as a Business Analyst required
- Great communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical folks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A general understanding of software development processes
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and any data visualization software is a plus!
