About the role

  • Analyze and optimize business processes related to document management and digital workflows
  • Implement, configure, and customize d.velop products (d.3ecm, d.velop documents, d.velop invoice, etc.)
  • Conduct workshops, end-user trainings, and project presentations
  • Advise our clients in the housing industry on best practices, technical possibilities, and digitization potential
  • Prepare concepts, documentation, and technical specifications
  • Work closely with project management, development, and support teams
  • On-site customer visits as required (planned & coordinated)

Requirements

  • Experience with d.velop products or comparable ECM/DMS solutions
  • Strong skills in process analysis as well as document and workflow management
  • Ideally: professional experience in the housing industry (residential property management) or with related software solutions (Aareon, impower, casavi, ETG24, facilioo)
  • Technical understanding (e.g., SQL, interfaces, document classification) is a plus
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, structured working style and high level of initiative
  • Willingness to travel for occasional customer appointments
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
