About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and distribute emails and faxes; log in record systems.
Prepare incoming paperwork for review or processing; open, distribute, log or scan physical mail.
Monitor queues for paperwork to be processed or distributed; assigns to appropriate work queues (e.g. to sales assistant for review, advisor for electronic signature, LOAs, advisory/annuity paperwork).
Submit distributions for processing and assign to sales assistants for follow-up.
Research phone numbers for advisors and agents as needed
