Accounts Payable

• Process all invoices under company payment terms with appropriate authorization
• Communicate with departments at assigned locations to resolve invoice issues
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments and maintain invoice/report files
• Follow-up on problem invoices by gathering information, sorting misunderstandings, and creating DM/CM for discrepancies
• Perform AP-related month-end tasks: create journal entries, reconcile accounts, prepare analyses, and archive documentation
• Participate in Kaizen/TPS activities to identify root causes and recommend improvements
• Maintain a safe, organized 5S work environment and follow-up on implemented countermeasures
