About the role
- Respond to service and change requests from customer support or project managers regarding clients' applications
- Provide real-time monitoring of systems (servers) and applications
- Perform upgrades of client applications
- Install new application instances on SaaS platforms
- Handle all requests from internal users
- Implement performance monitoring dashboards
- Automate production and operations
- Ensure the continuous effectiveness of security systems
Requirements
- Associate degree (Bac+2) or higher
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Systems Engineer with a strong interest in DevOps
- Fluent English required
