Administrative and Financial Assistant – Billing Focus

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Issue and verify service invoices;
- Perform client billing, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of information;
- Verify documents and support collections processes;
- Monitor billing deadlines and the sending of documents to clients;
- Support the area's administrative and financial routines;
- Organize and maintain tax and financial documents;
- Provide support for other activities within the finance department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
- Previous experience in administrative and financial routines, with a focus on billing;
- Knowledge of issuing invoices;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
