About the role

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provides prompt, professional, and courteous support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
  • Delivers excellent customer service by asking targeted questions to identify needs and recommending the most suitable services, including membership options.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls.
  • Dispatch technicians based on location, urgency, and skill set.
  • Provide customers with appointment updates and basic service information.
  • Enter and update customer records in dispatch/software system.
  • Support billing, service follow-ups, and general office tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and management team.
  • Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or dispatch experience (HVAC, plumbing, or home services preferred)
  • Strong communication and professional phone skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience a plus)
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
