Customer Service Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provides prompt, professional, and courteous support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
- Delivers excellent customer service by asking targeted questions to identify needs and recommending the most suitable services, including membership options.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls.
- Dispatch technicians based on location, urgency, and skill set.
- Provide customers with appointment updates and basic service information.
- Enter and update customer records in dispatch/software system.
- Support billing, service follow-ups, and general office tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and management team.
- Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous customer service or dispatch experience (HVAC, plumbing, or home services preferred)
- Strong communication and professional phone skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience a plus)
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
