About the role
- Monitor applications and services using APM tools;
- Set up alerts, dashboards, and performance reports;
- Identify incidents, bottlenecks, and potential performance improvements;
- Log and track tickets and incidents with development and infrastructure teams;
- Participate in the analysis of metrics and KPIs to support decision-making;
- Recommend improvements to monitoring processes and the end-user experience;
Requirements
- Experience with APM tools
- Basic knowledge of system monitoring, logs, and metrics
- Analytical ability to interpret performance data
- Clear and assertive communication for interacting with technical teams
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure and development is a plus but not required.
