About the role

  • Build great software that customers and users will love
  • Develop features and functionality for our Sales Platform and Data solutions under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Participate in architectural discussions, gaining exposure to decisions around scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to team standards
  • Support automated build, test, and deployment processes
  • Apply security best practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of user data
  • Proactively learn new technologies, trends, and industry best practices relevant to our stack and domain
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 0–2 years of software development experience
  • Proficiency or demonstrated experience in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
  • Ability to write reliable, clean, and maintainable code
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality
  • AWS or cloud experience is a plus
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
