About the role
- Lead several onboarding projects while providing great service and professionalism
- Lead client conversations to discover, document, and validate business requirements and use cases
- Identify areas of complexity, recommend solutions, and guide clients through tradeoffs and best practices
- Product Expert from both business and technical standpoint
- Translate customer business requirements and use cases into detailed configuration designs, and identify areas of complexity and propose solutions
- Work on multiple, complex tasks while staying highly organized and meeting deadlines
- Take ownership and follow through on client issues until resolved
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for the customer and drive product and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of product onboarding/implementation experience
- Strong Salesforce experience (administrator, power user, or similar hands-on role)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Equipment dealership experience is a plus
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
