About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build great software that our customers and users will love.
- Design and develop features and functionality for our Sales Platform and Data solutions with minimal direction.
- Contribute meaningfully to architectural discussions, with an eye toward scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Write automated tests and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, maintainability, and adherence to team standards.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Apply security best practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of user data.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices; assess their relevance to our roadmap.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of software development experience.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD solutions such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience working in an AWS environment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and best practices.
- Ability to write reliable, clean, and maintainable code efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
- Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
