About the role

  • Build great software that our customers and users will love.
  • Design and develop features and functionality for our Sales Platform and Data solutions with minimal direction.
  • Contribute meaningfully to architectural discussions, with an eye toward scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Write automated tests and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, maintainability, and adherence to team standards.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Apply security best practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of user data.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices; assess their relevance to our roadmap.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of software development experience.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD solutions such as GitHub Actions.
  • Experience working in an AWS environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and best practices.
  • Ability to write reliable, clean, and maintainable code efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
