Key responsibilities & impact

Establish robust financial controls and scalable processes following the launch of a new hardware product line.
Ensure financial infrastructure securely handles increased transaction volumes and physical asset management.
Design and embed rigorous accounting policies, internal controls, and optimized order-to-cash workflows.
Provide support to the wider finance team on routine group reporting, compliance, and audit cycles.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA).
Proven, hands-on experience working with US companies, including strong familiarity with US GAAP and US state-level compliance.
A strong history of setting up accounting practices, designing internal financial controls, and mapping order-to-cash processes within a scaling environment.
Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems configuration (NetSuite is highly desirable) alongside hands-on process automation experience.
Prior experience in a high-growth technology environment, ideally with exposure to both SaaS business models and physical goods/hardware supply chains.
