Key responsibilities & impact

Own the complete US entity general ledger and standalone financial statements
Execute the comprehensive US entity month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure full compliance with US GAAP across all local operations
Oversee day-to-day US accounting operations including payroll, cash flow management, bank reconciliations
Support external financial audits and corporate tax compliance
Manage hardware Accounts Receivable (AR) and end-to-end order-to-cash operations
Own accounting treatment and revenue recognition for hardware, software subscriptions
Design and oversee inventory accounting, hardware cost tracking
Provide cross-functional accounting and operational support for hardware initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of progressive accounting experience
Active CPA is highly preferred
Deep, hands-on experience owning a general ledger and running a full month-end close under US GAAP
Navigated B2B billing operations, hardware/SaaS revenue streams, and multi-state sales tax compliance
Experience with ERP implementations or complex system configurations. NetSuite experience is highly preferred
