About the role

Lead the development process by developing, testing, and deploying new features for our web application.
Maintain and enhance existing features to improve performance, user experience, and overall functionality.
Work closely with founders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, React, and the other languages in our stack.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve our software products.

2+ years of recent Django or Django React Framework experience.
Experience in software development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging.
Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Solid hands-on experience designing and building solutions for customer-facing applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to logically follow a process from start to finish.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a track record of being a great team player.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
