About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Create high-quality visual assets for websites, landing pages, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- - Develop engaging illustrations, graphics, infographics, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
- - Ensure consistency of visual identity across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- - Design assets for product launches, campaigns, webinars, events, and performance marketing initiatives.
- - Create case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, sales enablement materials, and other B2B marketing assets.
- - Support demand generation and brand-building initiatives through effective visual communication.
- - Partner with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to deliver cohesive user and brand experiences.
- - Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries.
- - Contribute to design reviews and uphold quality standards across projects.
- - Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered design tools.
- - Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and design efficiency.
- - Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - 2+ years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Brand Design, or a related discipline, preferably within SaaS, technology, or B2B organizations.
- - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, brand identity, marketing design, UI/UX graphics, and digital communication projects.
- - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), with familiarity with AI design tools.
- - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
- - Experience creating digital marketing assets, brand communication materials, presentations, landing pages, and campaign creatives.
- - Knowledge of motion graphics, creative strategy, and scalable visual design frameworks.
- - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of creativity and attention to detail.
- - Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Preferred Qualifications
- - Experience working in a product-led SaaS company.
- - Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- - Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and creative automation workflows.
